The diploma is being led by two of Europe's top NLP trainers Paul Jarvis and Michael Beale, and consists of two 2-day modules. The diploma is designed for business and professional people who have heard about the significant benefits of using NLP in business and want to experience and realise the benefits both for themselves and their organisations.

The course has been specifically designed for leaders, coaches, consultants, sales people, customer service heads and those involved in change who would benefit from improving and fine tuning their ability to think, communicate and influence.

NLP is the exploration of how we think, communicate and change - so that we can model, replicate and improve performance. NLP's core competencies are about: 1) Mental Attitudes that produce results, 2) Modelling great performance 3) Techniques, so we can transfer what we've learned from modelling.

It's different from other approaches in that's NLP has been modelled from individuals who were experts at communication and change and is highly effective at helping individuals connect their conscious and unconscious resources. During the two modules we will cover:

Success principals
Setting outcomes so they are easier to achieve
Making and breaking rapport to influence
Eliciting values to strengthen rapport
Core questioning skills to elicit accurate information
Storytelling to motivate and change
Hypnotic language to motivate and influence
Profiling for understanding and influence
Timelines for motivation and planning
Modelling for ongoing personal development

The programme is highly experiential and delegates are expected to take an active part and to exhibit a degree of openness and honesty to get full value from the modules.

Delegates who successfully complete the programme will receive our 'NLP in Business Diploma' Those wishing to continue their NLP studies can use this as 50% credit towards PPI Business NLP's SNLP practitioner certification.

Paul Jarvis is a Sue Knight accredited NLP trainer. Paul is the EMEA GM for Intuition Consulting Pte Ltd of Singapore, and works on competency development programmes for global IT vendors such as HP, Cisco, At&T, Nokia and BT

Michael Beale is a Richard Bandler accredited NLP trainer and John Grinder accredited NLP coach, who is founder and director of PPI Business NLP Ltd and works with BT, BAE, Lloyds Bank and Oracle.
