Expertise

Our head trainer is Michael Beale, the founder and director of PPI Business NLP. Michael is a certified and accredited NLP Trainer and coach. He received his own training and accreditation directly from Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the founders of NLP.

Drawing on over 10 years experience of applying NLP in his business and personal life, Michael has expertise in sales, negotiations, strategy and business/personal coaching.

We have a maximum of 8 attendees in each seminar. The size of the seminar makes the individual tuition very special. A vital part of our training is engaging in discussion after an intervention, in order to ask and answer questions to thoroughly interrogate the learning experience. Small groups promote a positive learning environment and our previous delegates confirm that it is much easier to integrate the techniques learned at a more personal seminar.
