These sessions present a forum for people who are genuinely interested in improving their NLP skills in a professional and positive environment.

You may be an enthusiastic beginner, an accredited practitioner, or a master practitioner wanting to hone and build on your current NLP skill set to improve your results. Or you may want to find additional solutions to a problem or opportunity that you haven't yet been able to explore sufficiently.

The style  is relaxed but formal enough to create an environment conducive to improving skills easily. You will undoubtedly enjoy meeting and working with other business professionals. Michael Beale will facilitate the session. He is a certified trainer of NLP, and a meta-master practitioner with many years of applying NLP in the workplace. 

To help participants get the most value from the session, Skill Builder Days  are divided into three segments:  

Warm Up: Bring all your senses into focus with acuity exercises. Review and practice approaches to increase behavioural flexibility and bring about desired outcomes. 

Practice: Practice specific communication, goal setting and other NLP exercises. Michael Beale will ask for suggestions of what to work on and make suggestions. 

Free-form Coaching: Practice in pairs. Fine-tune your coaching skills, assist your partner with his/her technique, and work on personal performance improvements.
