Objectives for the NLP Taster Evening

During the two-hour interactive session you will gain an understanding of the basic principles of NLP. You will put into practice some of the attitudes, methodologies and techniques of NLP, so you can start experiencing the kind of results that NLP can help you achieve. You will also:  

• Gain one or two ideas to improve your communication and goal setting skills

• How and why NLP was developed and how it can be applied to improve your personal and professional life

• Identification of states that are most conducive to learning and personal development

• Building blocks of NLP that are used in an effective NLP practice

• Techniques for building rapport, improving communications and goal setting
