What type of Coach do you want?

There are many different names for coaching, each with a different shade of meaning depending on who is talking: mentor, coach, breakthrough coach, high performance coach, life coach, business coach to name but a few. While the distinctions can be useful many people have conflicting views of what they mean.

You may be considering a new job, company, relationship or life phase. Or you may wish to take your current job, company, relationship or life to a new level.

A good coach can make a dramatic difference, but choosing the best approach to coaching isn't always easy. How do you choose the right coach for you? How do you know if coaching is right for you?

We can help you make the right choice.

We suggest that the best place to start is to decide what it you want to achieve and put together a few ideas of how you see a coach helping you to achieve that goal.

We offer a variety of coaching options:

1) On Demand Coaching:

Invest in one or more 45 minute blocks of telephone coaching - A low cost way of confirming the benefits of coaching and learning how best to use a coach.  

2) 1:1 or 2:1 NLP Training

This is becoming increasing popular with our more senior clients and combines being coached with learning how to be a coach. Can be either in 2 or 3 day blocks or in 2 or three hour blocks.

1:1 NLP Training

3) Retained Executive Coaching and Mentoring

This is for who clients who already understand the dramatic benefits of coaching and want to maximize these benefits. Basically you invest an initial £12K for a guaranteed 12 days face to face a coaching, with full telephone support throughout the year.

Any expenses are charged at cost.

Because you are making a commitment to us we are able to develop a very special and bespoke package to your particular needs and requirements.

We also offer husband and wife coaching.

4) Business Coaching

This is to support you and your team in improving your business performance. Because of the large number of ways of approaching this an evaluation is needed before we make any suggestions.

However any proposal is based around 'What do you want to achieve?........'

5) Coaching Capabilities

If you want to develop your own coaching skills we run a 3-Day executive coaching module which can be taken on it's own or as part of an accredited practitioner, coaching practitioner, master or business practitioner training course.
